[RTC List] Frontier proposed purchase of Verizon

The approval process for the sale will be a year (at least). I think
that would be counted in the 'risk' category for any federal grant
application frontier cares to make, and I am not sure rus/ntia would be
willing to hold open the door for their application while that process
happens, due to the many other grant applications that otherwise are
more or less ready to go.
