Dwight,

First, I can assure you we did not give out Tech Conference attendee 
information to anyone. So you getting on some call list from that is not 
possible. For the record, I get 1-2 calls per week for people who want 
to develop a web site for my company. When I tell them that's what we 
do, they quickly hang up. I am also getting lots of  requests from 
companies in India to outsource development work to them.  We don't do that.

Second, yes, of course there are local businesses that build web sites 
and build them properly to get indexed by search engines, and provide 
the other services you/they listed. Just because someone from India 
tells you we don't doesn't make it true.
