[RTC List] SuddenLink OC48

I haven't looked at the speed side.  But I can say that we usually had 
ping times in the 500-1000ms range (very bad) in the evenings. Last 
night our pings were in the 40-70ms range (very usable).  We've been 
working with Suddenlink for months on this problem and at least in our 
extreme case this was a HUGE improvement.
