[RTC List] Reminder: Tech Conference Saturday

Just a reminder that the fist RTC Tech Conference will be this Saturday, 
9-4 at the Humboldt Bay Aquatic Center. I think we have a good line-up 
and something for nearly everyone (including lunch and snacks!). The 
price is a steal. Register in advance to gurantee a seat.
