Sean,

Am not sure how entertaining it will be without audio. The cable company
is welcome to pick-up the feed if it's interested though. :-)

For this particular project, I'll be re-streaming the video from a cheap-o
hosting company that gives me unlimited bandwidth, so that shouldn't be a
problem (knock wood). The images will also be pretty small, as it won't be
the sole focus of the website. Kind of like a large thumbnail view,
although people can click-through to see the originating webcams directly.
I thought of using the numerous cams that Cal-Trans has around Humboldt,
but they only update a single frame every couple of hours. Pretty lame!
