[RTC List] Broadband and Stimulus Funds Luncheon

For those who weren't in attendance today and/or who are bewildered by 
the status of broadband proposals being developed to take advantage of 
the Federal Stimulus funds, I posted my take on my blog. I tried to 
summarize the event and some of the issues that were discussed and have 
been swirling around ARRA and our region's attempts to grab a piece of
