[RTC List] dates of prior att outages

There seemed to be some AT&T DSL interruption here around 10am Tuesday  
July 28 2009 for perhaps 0.5 hour.  Email and web page access down.   
Couldn't even ping google.com (it waited forever).  Eventually  
restored before I had a chance to reboot our DSL modem, routers, etc.,  
so seems to have been an AT&T fault.

Did you guys get hit by that too, and is that what prompted the  
interest in AT&T outage dates?
