'Retrospect' has been a player in the backup biz for years.  I haven't  
tried this version but it might meet your needs:

According to their online information:

- Disaster recovery - Purchase the Retrospect Disaster Recovery add-on  
in order to create a bootable disc for Bare Metal Restores on Windows  
computers (Some editions include Disaster Recovery as a feature)
- patented incremental backup technology
