Thanks Mike -

Thanks for sharing that image of a document from Mayhook Law which
reflects similar information we are receiving about the NOFA from a
variety of sources in DC.

We expect to receive additional analysis from diverse perspectives
over the weekend that will help to inform the Counties, Tribes,
Cities, Special Districts, Schools, Libraries and others in preparing
proposal(s) to meet their needs.
