[RTC List] Broadband speeds and stability for streaming video?

And indeed Suddenlink is coming out tomorrow and we'll see what they 
have to say.  However given that it was Suddenlink that said 
megabytes/second not megabits/second and what I was seeing was radically 
different, I thought asking what people were seeing on the list would be 
instructive.  It's apparent that we collectively are all guessing w.r.t. 
to what they are actually offering.
