[RTC List] Broadband speeds and stability for streaming video?

I believe the numbers SuddenLink tries to deliver is more like 6 
Megabits/sec. It takes 8 bits to make 1 byte so
6000 (6 thousand Kilobytes)  / 8 (to turn bits into bytes) = .750 
Megabytes/second or 750 Kilobytes/second.

Also The Roku is most likely looking for 1.2 Megabits per sec which is 
1200/8=150 so 150Kilobytes a second.
