RTC's Tech Conference, scheduled for March 14, 9am to 4 pm, is open for

Briefly, there are 2 tracks, one devoted to marketing and one that has a 
variety tech related sessions from open source content management 
systems to security to  social networking.  CR President Jeff Marsee 
will open the event.

Cost is $30 for current RTC Members, $40 for non-members in advance, $50 
at the door. Lunch and snacks are included. Seating is limited. You must 
pay in advance to be considered registered. It will be held at the 
Humboldt Bay Aquatic Center in Eureka.
