[RTC List] Mo Money for Broadband in Omnibus

Looks like there is some more funding available in the new $410B  
dollar Omnibus bill.  Areas like telemedicine will get another $400M  
for broadband access.  And thank god there is something in here to  
reimburse DC, Maryland and Virginia the $59M they spent on inaugural  
security...

This is headed to the house this week, probably as is and should be  
rushed to the Senate for approval next week.
