If you have a website usually you can use it to build a mailing list containing all the contacts and then just email that list for distribution. Be aware that to some it may be considered spam.

Subject: [RTC List] Question for the list
I am the email adminstrator for a nonprofit. I've been growing the email list for six years and it's now at over 1700 addresses. These are all in my Outlook Express Address book grouped by state and subgrouped to a maximum of 50 per group. This is because I'm unable to send more than 50 names at a time and only 500 a day. If I try to go over that I get an "over the limit" message. There's got to be a more efficient way of doing this.
Also I have no way to back up the addresses, at least I haven't been able to figure out a way to save the Address Book. How can I back it up in case of crash or I want to give the job to someone else? Is there a better way to do this using a different email program? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Julie Clare
