This is great news. Congratulations.
Now, will someone please tell me what is the aggregate demand for
broadband services in this area? I would like to know:
a) peak demand by time of day
b) peak demand by month (or quarterly)
c) average demand
d) geographic breakdown of demand (Eureka, Arcata, unincorporated
areas, etc...)
e) demand projections for next 10 years and projected growth rate
I don't understand if we can know the peak electrical demand from
PG&E, a publicly regulated utility, why we can't get the actual and
projected demand for bandwidth from other publicly regulated
utilities? Since public money is soon going to be pouring into
meeting our demand, we should know what the demand projections are.
Will someone please answer this question. Thank you.
