[RTC List] Econ Stimulus - Broadband Funding

Last Wednesday, the US House passed HR1 - the ‘American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of
2009’.  Debate on the Bill began in the Senate today. This will push a lot of money to several specific projects.

Included within this Economic Stimulus measure is Division B, Title VI - Broadband Communications - authorizing grants for broadband deployment in underserved areas. It is worth reading (though too long to include in this message).
