[RTC List] Renaissance Computing looking for a Part-time tech

Renaissance Computing is looking for a part-time (20- 30 hours/week)
computer technician with potential to go fulltime.  

 

Basic duties would include:

 

Providing excellent phone support

Troubleshooting both PC software and hardware issues

Building new desktop PCs

Some computer delivery and on-site work

Basic networking knowledge a must

Support on Windows XP and Vista operating systems and PC applications.

 

While computer technical skills are very important, good communication
skills and customer service are also an absolute must.  Also, since there is
some delivery and on-site work involved, applicant must have own vehicle.
