[RTC List] Seeking the Help of the RTC List

    Good evening, RTC List.  Due to circumstances beyond my control and through no fault of my own, I now find myself searching for new employment opportunities.  I currently have feelers out in both Humboldt and Shasta counties but I wanted to send a big feeler out to the List to see if anyone out there knows of any opportunities here in Humboldt.  Having been born and raised here, I'd much rather stay in the area and not have to resort to leaving.

    To put it briefly, I have 10 years of experience split between the software and manufacturing industries.  I'm a programmer by trade with experience developing both Windows-based as well as iSeries-based applications.  I've developed, maintained and supported applications for the Escrow and Title, Municipality and Food Manufacturing sectors.  I have experience with EDI, developing ERP migration software, developing handheld device interface software, training users, writing technical documentation and customer service.  I also have experience troubleshooting issues and supporting users in both Windows and iSeries environments.

    I'm hoping that there is someone out there in the county that could use someone like me.  If you happen to know of something, please let me know.  Thank you very much for your time.
