[RTC List] Microsoft Word technical help needed

I normally enter accented characters using an alt+4 digit key
combination.  A list can be found at

http://www.starr.net/is/type/altnum.htm

Remember to use the numeric keypad (to the right of the keyboard) to
enter in the numbers.

If you're on a laptop that doesn't have a numeric keyboard, then you'll
likely have to change to "numeric keypad mode".  On my laptop it's the
Fn+num button combination.
