[RTC List] high speed internet option Warren Creek Rd, Arcata

Does anyone know of high speed internet options for Warren Creek Road, Arcata?

My friend does not have access to Suddenlink (she's a bit off the road) or SBC/ATT, so she has been told.  Any info out there?
