[RTC List] Let's get beyond Listserve:

All,
 
I like the idea of not one but possibly multiple forums. I would like to create a little granularity in the discussions if possible.  A community portal might also be nice that has forum, news, etc? Yahoo, Microsoft and Google have group offerings for free last i checked.
