[RTC List] Let's get beyond Listserve:

I like Sean's suggestion about a forum.
I would only add that most forum systems allow
for users to opt in to email notifications of new
topics, or receipt of the actual posts, so those
who would rather not have to make the extra step
to login and check for new info would still get notified when they check email.
