[RTC List] Suddenlink

It sounds like this is becoming a real problem. I've been watching the
RTC list blow up over this issue the past few weeks and it might be
something to take a closer look into.
Is everyone unhappy with their service? Are these long term problems?
I have Suddenlink at home, myself, and have issues as well (but I have a
weird router situation so it's hard to tell if it's their problem or
mine.)
I think the real call to action will be if all of you express what your
own situations have been like with their internet services and how you
keep being ignored.
If anyone is interested in looking more into this, I could write an
article for the paper and maybe that would help get something done.
Please feel free to contact me if this interests you.

I spoke with suddenlink today, they called me for a change. Last night
they replaced some hardware that was causing most of the packet loss
that people were having. They also told me that they would be
replacing some more hardware tonight between 2am and 5am and that they
have put in an order for a new OC3 for the area to help with the
bandwidth problems during peak hours. I would recommend everyone that
has had problems to call the billing department at suddenlink and tell
them they owe you a refund for not providing the service they
guarantee.
