[RTC List] Suddenlink

Question:  Isn't there a Suddenlink Rep who is an RTC member?  If so, have you tried to go on-line this morning?  Like betweent 6 AM and 9 AM?

I have threatened to switch to SBC several times since Suddenlink took over from Cox in this area, but problems in the past seemed to go away.  There have been a few problems reported on this list recently, but they didn't seem to affect me (either I wasn't trying to go on-line, was out of town, whatever..).  I checked DSL Reports once I got on-line this morning and Suddenlink's performance record is really pathetic.

Hey, Suddenlink, if you ever bother to check this list, are you going to fix the problem?  Or don't you care?  Let us know so I should plan to switch provders.
