[RTC List] Suddenlink performance the last 5 days

Everyone,
  Thanks for all the feedback.  The issues were actually the result of individual problems one was bad line quality and the other appears to be a router failing.  Suddenlink was very responsive in addressing these issues and while one of them continues at this point it is not any fault of theirs.  I will admit recently being frustrated with the bandwidth available form AT&T and so consider Suddenlink an option especially if you need more download bandwidth.  I do find in general AT&T is a bit more reliable and uptime is my primary criteria for an ISP.
