[RTC List] Suddenlink performance the last 5 days

Does anyone know if it is possible to purchase a partial T1 in areas 
like Dow's Prairie?  I would consider tripling my cost per month over my 
cable modem for a reliable connection, but I probably cannot justify 
$400/month.
