[RTC List] Suddenlink performance the last 5 days

The trace routes show that the drops are about 4 hopes outside of my
network. It goes from being 10+/-ms to being 200-600ms.

As for the AT&T problem it was what Suddenlinks tech support was
telling some people, but I was also under the impression that AT&T
owned the hardware on both sides of the fiber if not the fiber and
therefor you had to lease your connection through them or through
someone that already is leasing the connection from AT&T.
