[RTC List] Suddenlink performance the last 5 days

I have had poor performance from suddenlink since i received it, which
was about 2 weeks ago. I develop on a server and my pings are
generally around 300ms to a server in SF. We use AT&T at work and we
ping about 80ms.
I have also experienced choppiness of any streaming video.
