David,

Yes, it's 101netlink.com. Talk with Seth Johannesen, he and his family have
built the network. I've used it at home for over a year (12.5 miles from Pratt
Mtn), it's been quite reliable, much better than Hughes Net, it costs more but
is much faster. We also use their service for our station, and it's faster
than cable could provide. In addition, cable would go out during power
outages, 101netlink has backup power. 

They actually just set up a second radio on my hill to serve a couple of new
customers down in the valley.
