[RTC List] Pratt Mtn - Kettenpom Peak internet relay?

A couple of years ago, someone on this List wrote that the Pratt Mtn. antennas (near Garberville) include wireless internet service.  I live on the wrong side of Kettenpom Peak to have a direct line of sight.  I am interested in the possibility of setting up a community internet relay on Kettenpom Peak as a way of giving true broadband, rather than HughesNet's almost-dialup "broadband".

If there is anyone with knowledge either of the Pratt Mtn. facilities or of setting up internet repeater antennas, I would appreciate hearing from them.
