[RTC List] Wanted: potential sub-contractors for CMS, development, design, writing, e-commerce

Hi all:

I'm starting to receive requests for proposals from transit agencies  
looking for re-designed websites, online stores, and trip planning  
features.  I've come to recognize that the best proposals include a  
few qualified people with strong expertise in specific areas, so I'd  
like to develop a ready list of people and firms who may be interested  
in submitting proposals with me, either as prime or sub-contractors.

I'd like to develop a list of people to select from who I can contact  
and discuss opportunities with when RFPs come up.  Here are some of  
the expertise areas I am interested in: graphic design (mainly for web  
but also print), logo design, copy-editing and writing, content  
management system implementation, development in PHP, Java, and  
Python, JavaScript, online store implementation.

I hope some of you want to be on my list!

Here's the info I'd like:
- Your name / firm name / contact info
- URL if available
- Areas of expertise
- State of federal certification: Minority (MBE), Woman (WBE),  
Disadvantaged and/or Small Business (SBE) - some government agencies  
have participation goals this comes in handy for
