[RTC List] Broadcast DTV conversion update from the Feds

FYI, I just received my two "coupons" (they look more like credit cards)
in the mail yesterday. It took about a month to get them. The expiration
date stamped on them is 08/28/2008, so it looks like I have until the end
of August to use them.

Interestingly, they list a number of local stores where the boxes can
supposedly be purchased. I'm guessing that they are basing this list on my
zip code. The list includes all of the local Radio Shack's, K-Mart's,
Target and SEARS stores. The mailing also came with a general information
flyer that includes info for a number of online retailers, none of whom I
have heard of, with the exception of solidsignal.com.
