If you're reading this, and your business life is affected by technology but you're not a complete master of it all, odds are that you should attend the NorCal Small Business Development Center's Technology Bootcamp.  RTC is a local sponsor of this multi-city event.

The emphasis is on free and inexpensive solutions for small business, especially those developed in the last two years under the "Web 2.0" banner.  There will be sessions on using technology to enhance and even transform sales and marketing; finance; operations; productivity; and, business management and decisions.  In a day, you will make great progress toward really understanding the state of the art and what is available to you and your business or to your clients.
