Hi Shirley. 

I am all for it, as long as the public owns this superhighway and access to it. But the reality is just like most other things in this country controlled by big business, we taxpayers end up providing major funding (subsidies) for things that are owned and controlled by giant monopolies and other corporations (which are so gently called the "private sector"). 

Ultimately, we pay AND seem to like and even promote getting screwed.
