[RTC List] ArcGIS help needed

RTC folks,

Is there anyone out there who is an expert (or at least knowledgeable)  
in ArcGIS software?  I 	am working with a team preparing a CASF  
broadband proposal to the CPUC and in need of assistance on census  
data import for ArcGIS (to prepare shapefiles for geographic areas).   
If there is anyone on the RTC list who can assist, I would appreciate  
it if you would contact me directly and I'll explain the specifics of  
our project need - we are under deadline, so time is of the essence.
