Reports to
Billing Supervisor

Overall responsibility
Handle a variety of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable duties.

Key areas of responsibility

*	Process accounts payables/receivables 
*	Support all customer billing inquiries and issues
*	Follow up with clients regarding payment as needed
*	Ad hoc projects and responsibilities 

Consults with

*	Billing Supervisor and Director of Client Services
*	Company CPA as required

Term of employment
Full Time, Salaried position. Full benefits package. 401k matching program.

Required Skills

*	Previous QuickBooks experience required
*	Minimum of two years relevant work experience, equivalent university
coursework, or a suitable combination of both.
*	Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
*	Team attitude, with independent research and resolutions skills.
*	Proven ability to meet deadlines and process large volumes of
detailed data accurately and efficiently 
*	Desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced, growth environment 
*	Ability to be well organized and detail oriented 
*	Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
*	Positive attitude appropriate for a growing technology firm and the
understanding that no job is too big or too small. 
*	Strong customer service orientation
