Redwood Tech folks,

I don't know how many of you are on this mailing list, but the
Economic Fuel project is one of the best entrepreneurship development
programs I've ever seen (in this area or anywhere!) This is an
important program to support for business development, so if any of
you could use this information or if you know anyone who could, please
pass it along. In this economy, we need all the help we can find, so
I urge you to support this effort.

Thanks and happy holidays!

> Good-Bye to The Eureka Reporter
>
> As most of you are aware, The Eureka Reporter closed its doors last
> month. At the time I was asked what I thought The Eureka Reporter
> meant to the community. This was an easy question to answer from an
> Economic Fuel perspective.
>
> The Eureka Reporter’s sponsorship of the Economic Fuel competition
> ignited a spark of enthusiasm around entrepreneurship that has grown
> and gained considerable momentum. For all of us this means more
> local businesses and the promise of a brighter economic future. The
> competition is a legacy The Eureka Reporter leaves with this
> community.
>
> For hundreds of student entrepreneurs, The Eureka Reporter meant
> opportunity. The opportunity to pursue their passion and follow
> their dreams. The opportunity to do it all with guidance from
> entrepreneurs who have gone before them and the support of the
> entire community.
>
> Their reporters and photographers did a fantastic job of covering
> local business news and getting the word out about Humboldt County’s
> many entrepreneurial success stories. With gratitude for all their
> support and great sadness for all of our loss, I say good-bye.

> community, CR, HSU, and local economic development organizations we
> will continue to provide resources, support and seed capital to
> aspiring entrepreneurs.

> competition. Western Web is a state-of-the-art printing facility in
