I have used MozyPro in another local business with similar results. They get backed up daily with no user intevention and the data is stored encrypted in an offsite location for a very reasonable cost.

P.S. I have been considering Ibackup.com because it has native oracle db backup functionality but i think a simple script could replicate that functionality and work with mozy. I am still deciding on whether to test it or not.

Since members are discussing a-v software, I thought I'd provide some back-up feedback from a discussion I initiated 6 weeks ago. I started using Mozy Pro in my small business through an automatic daily back-up about that time after attending the SBDC Tech Boot Camp and discussions here. After the initial 3+ Gig data back-up which took about 18 hrs, I find my daily back-ups run about 1:20 to back up 200 mb which their software encrypts before transfer. I've successfully recovered a couple small files as a test and that takes hardly any time at all. I've reserved 4 gigs of storage which costs me $5.95/month ($3.95 base + 4G x $.50/G).I should add that I've called their free technical support a number of times, even at odd hours, and they've always been responsive, helpful, and domestic, their service being provided out of Salt Lake City.Sherman Schapiro
