[RTC List] [2] AT&T DSL Outage?

This is the same organization that has its website go down everytime we have
an outage, because it cant mirror its site out of area? That same
institution is now in charge of another study and the 500,000 dollars?

Just to clarify something before the rumors get out of control: RTC did not
receive any money from this $500,000 budget. Indeed, as an organization we
are not involved in the project whatsoever.  HAF did not receive any
funding either. HAF is providing some of the funding. HSU, on the other hand
is managing the project.
